Building the Relationship-Management Skills That Make Mentorship Work

A good mentorship program brings mentors and mentees together; this prototype was designed to train them in the relationship skills that turn meetings into high-impact partnerships.

Following a comprehensive needs analysis, this prototype was designed to address specific skill gaps in the CSIA-AMSC Women in Skiing Committee’s mentorship program: mentees taking ownership of planning, and mentors navigating difficult conversations. Built in Articulate Rise, it equips participants with relationship-management skills and meeting-facilitation resources that keep progress trackable and conversations constructive.
