I’m an Instructional Designer and Peak Performance Coach with over nine years of experience creating learning experiences for the outdoor recreation and adventure tourism sectors.
My career began in the mountains, where I trained and certified ski instructors and coached guides in technical performance, communication, and storytelling. That foundation training in unconventional learning environments now shapes my approach to learning design. I build emotionally intelligent, performance-based eLearning programs that help learners stay calm, think clearly, and make confident decisions — whether on the hill, in the field, or in the office.
My portfolio includes courses on exam performance strategy, emotional regulation for peak performance, mentorship and inclusive leadership. Each is grounded in adult learning theory, backed by research, and field tested through multiple rounds of iteration.
