Effective mentorship programs need more than just meetings, they need participants to be skilled in relationship management.

While a good mentorship program will bring together a community of mentors and mentees a program that actually moves the needle trains them how to build high-impact partnerships.

Following a comprehensive needs analysis, this course was designed to solve specific skill gaps the CSIA-AMSC Women In Skiing Committee’s Mentorship Program was experiencing. Mentees did not know how to take ownership of the planning process, and Mentors did not have the skills to navigate difficult conversations. This onboarding program, built in Articulate Rise, equipped program participants with those critical relationship management skills along with meeting facilitation resources to keep progress trackable and conversations moving in a positive direction.
